This involves detailed analysis of the client’s finances, family circumstances and the client’s goals. Depending on a particular client’s circumstances, the best estate plan can involve nothing more than a basic will and probate coupled with power of attorneys, or may require a more complex plan that involves the use of trusts for the purposes of asset protection, probate avoidance, tax planning or planning for individuals with disabilities.

Attorney Ginther also assists clients with the many different procedures for transferring a deceased individual’s assets, including formal and informal probate, small estate transfers by affidavit, and termination of revocable and irrevocable trusts, etc.
