Stefanie P. Wagner
Attorney Stefanie Wagner’s practice includes all aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity, adoptions, maintenance, property and debt division, child custody and placement, and child support. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children in Columbia County and Juneau County. She also prosecutes “CHIPS” (Children in Need of Protection or Services) and truancy matters.
Stefanie knows that family law issues go deeper than the law, affecting her clients at a very personal and emotional level. Divorce is more than just an end; it is the beginning of your new life! She takes the time to get to know her clients so she can devise a strategy for achieving their unique goals and objectives.
In addition to practicing law in Sauk County and the surrounding communities, Stefanie is involved with the Wisconsin State Bar as a Member of the Family Law Section, the Juvenile Law Section, and the Greater Wisconsin Initiative Rural Workgroup.
She is also engaged in the Baraboo community where she lives with her family and serves as a member of the Baraboo Young Professionals and a Board Member for the Baraboo Area Chamber of Commerce. She is married to her high school sweetheart and stays busy with her two young children. In her free time, Attorney Wagner enjoys being outside and hiking at state parks, reading historical biographies, and cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers.
